Grievances

Every step and every deadline, on the record.

File a grievance from the station and track it through each step of your contract, with the deadline for the next step always in view and an email reminder before it is due.

Grievances

How it works

  1. Step 1

    File it from anywhere

A steward or member starts the file from a phone, at the station or at home.

  2. Step 2

    Steps from your contract

Set the grievance steps and time limits your contract uses. Time limits count from the day you record each step.

  3. Step 3

    Deadlines in view

Each file shows its current step, its stage, and when the next step is due, with an email reminder before it is.

  4. Step 4

    The right people see it

Officers and admins see every grievance on file. A steward sees the ones assigned to them or from their station. A member sees their own.
