Think Bold Solutions LLC is committed to making Union Connect Pro usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

Our Standard

We build and test this website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and we are working toward the same standard for the Union Connect Pro platform. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.

What We Do

We aim to:

  • Provide text alternatives for non-text content
  • Ensure the site can be navigated by keyboard alone
  • Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and background
  • Use clear, consistent navigation and labeling
  • Test key pages and flows periodically against WCAG 2.2 AA criteria

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we update Union Connect Pro, we review new and existing pages against these standards and correct issues we identify.
